Accessibility has been a consistent focus throughout my product design work — not just as a compliance requirement, but as a fundamental part of creating better digital experiences for everyone. I actively advocate for inclusive design practices, helping teams understand how accessibility improves usability, product quality, and business impact.

Alongside my product work, I regularly give talks, workshops, and internal sessions on topics such as digital accessibility, inclusive UX/UI practices, and the practical implications of regulations like the EU Accessibility Act. These sessions translate complex standards into actionable design and product decisions that teams can realistically implement.

My goal is to make accessibility approachable — shifting it from a checkbox exercise to a natural part of the design process. This includes promoting better color contrast, keyboard navigation, semantic structure, assistive technology support, and clearer content design.

Through both product leadership and public speaking, I aim to help create digital products that are not only visually strong and innovative, but also genuinely usable by the widest possible audience.
